We find that over time we've answered the same questions about 10,000 times. That's true for most specialists in any field.

The internet world came up with a solution to that problem and called it FAQs. That stands for Fequently Asked Questions. Building a FAQ page allows us to just point people to our standard answer for many questions.

This FAQ page was started in March 1998. We're going through our e-mail files and grabbing some of the answers that we've recently given. As time goes on we'll add other items.
